A great short drama
For a show that's only 4 episodes, the cinematography and script are really impressive. The visual transitions are awesome, the main female lead is smart and able to hold her own, and the world-building is actually very strong and able to incorporate social commentary without being too heavy-handed with it. The additional layers of family expectations and peer pressure make the drama more grounded and relatable even with its fantasy elements, and the ending is satisfying while also setting up an intriguing season 2. I'm also really happy that we got elements of female friendship and I'm excited to see more of that in the next season. Was this review helpful to you?
Enigma
It was really nice to see Prim and Win act together again, although I would prefer if she stay in Home school (I have not watch it yet but after teaser chemistry with Nani was so good, and it would be bigger F4 reunion). This drama was good, many unexpected plots, wished it had more episodes.Content rating - in my opinion it should be higher, some scenes in my opinion were disturbing, but I do not know how exactly 13 years old act now so maybe it is okay for them.

"Looking for a thriller drama? Just go for it"
First drama to see all episodes in one sitting it has only 4 episodes😝) . Wow it was so so engaging and interesting. I am a person who is afraid of watching these kind of thrillers alone. But wanted to give it a try coz of win, and I have made it. It was scary at times but not like in other thriller movies which keeps haunting. I think anyone can watch it just be ready for a few jump scares. The plot is so good and it maintains the suspense. But sad that it ended with 4 episodes. Couldn't get enough of it. The acting of cast was well done. Should definitely appreciate the visuals like makeover of characters or the transitions and effects all these were appealing and helped to get better feel of the plot. Personally I felt there is much more story behind and after this. Like we don't know if win is really what be claims to be or does he have some dark past and why is he looking for enigma? All these should be told so I am highly expecting another season. Bright's cameo at the end was a banger.
If you are hesitating to watch, dont think much just start watching. It will take you to another world and you will come back at the end😁.
Finally thanks to Gmmtv for this amazing series. Want more of this genre. Please cast bright also as a main lead in next season ❤

Awesome
I have watched ep 1-4 so far and really hope for more! The acting was great, the special effects on top, the plot thrilling. The only thing I have to criticise is that I felt the plot rush in some situations. I would have liked it if some scenes had been expanded a bit, to make the storyline more understandable and give the viewer more chances to relate with the different characters and their relation to one another. I know it was supposed to create suspense and mystery, but some aspects had not been covered and left the viewer with open questions. I really hope there will be more.

One of the best lakorns I've watched thus far. Can't wait for season 2.
Well, that happened with a BANG! I saw the trailer a month or so before the series began airing and I immediately knew this was gonna be EPIC. Flashforward to 2 weeks after the series premiered, I finally watched 2 episodes together and was HOOKED. Know why that's a big deal? Because horror or supernatural isn't my thing. Alright, now let's get serious and actually talk about this series.Story:
When I watched the trailer and started the series, I thought this was gonna be a long series. Because they're bringing so much to the plate. A mysterious male lead, black magic and a cult, a potential ship. And the first season barely scratched the surface of all of these. The story is promising, but the first season is definitely nowhere near enough. We saw a bit of Namsine's story and learned about Fa and Namsine's friendship. What I did think, though, is that we didn't need the romance between the leads. I admit I liked it for the most part, but I don't think it's an integral part of the story- which is solely my opinion. And just because it's incomplete, I'll give the story a 9/10.
Acting/characters:
This series has a surprisingly small cast, but considering it has only 4 episodes, anymore than that would've made the show crowded. But like everyone has already said, the cast gave their best performances. Everyone was amazing. This was my first time watching the main leads, Win and Prim in a drama and they were fantastic. I think Fa was a bit too dramatic at times that made some of the moments seem a bit fake, but they're easily ignorable because of the overall performance. Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I liked to see Ajin in his teacher getup more than in his 'professional' getup. Acting: 10/10 for me.
Music:
Not much to say about the music other than that it's terrifying and bone chilling. I had to watch a lot of scenes muted just so I don't get nightmares because of the sounds I hear. But that's just how I watch most of my horror stuff. 😅😝 10/10 because of the spookiness.
Rewatch value:
Definitely worth a rewatch before watching season 2 (to prevent the unlikely case in which it doesn't happen, I'll keep hoping and praying). Because they stuff a lot of story in these 4 episodes that might not be easy to remember during the time we wait. 8/10.
Overall:
Just watch it. Unless you can't deal with blood or horror or supernatural at all. Watch it cuz you'll find one or another reason to like it. It's worth the hype, and I'm probably one of the less biased people talking about this drama on this site. 9.5/10. It gets a 10 only after they complete this story with these characters.

A Win for Win
I LOVED seeing Win in a role like this. This show was dark, freaky, supernatural, and INCREDIBLY well done considering it's so short. I really thought it was going to feel unfinished, but it's the perfect level of complete to be satisfying, while also gearing up for another season. The only critique I have of this one is the relationship. At a competitive all girls high school, the top students start dying mysterious deaths, starting from the top ranked and moving down the list. Fa (Prim), ranked 3rd, starts to think that these "accidents" are anything but, and can't help but to notice they line up with the arrival of the new teacher, Mr. Ajin (Win). Thinking he has something to do with it, Fa starts investigating, and gets herself wrapped up in a world she wasn't ready to uncover.
In only 4 episodes, they managed to provide the perfect amount of background information and build the story at the perfect pace. You learn alongside Fa what is happening and how everything is connected, which was super fun to watch. My only complaint is a big one though - why WHY do we need any romance between Fa and Ajin?? I don't care about technicalities of how old they are or whatever, they meet as a HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT and a TEACHER. Luckily, any romantic feelings Fa has toward Ajin don't matter nearly as much as the horrible occurrences at this school. The horror elements are done way better than I had expected, and it had me captivated the whole time. I can't WAIT to see what season 2 has to offer!!

Amazing!!
This is one of gmmtv best series, hands down.Watching the trailer when it came out, I knew I'd love this series and thank goodness it didn't disappoint. I was sad to see it only had four episode but at the same time, happy they didn't drag it way more than necessary.
Everything was perfect. The storyline, plot and even the actors acting their respective characters. They were all good. I also need to take a moment to appreciate how beautiful Win is. Whenever he was shown, I was always at awe.
Some might think the kiss at the end was unnecessary, but I think it was good they showed us how Fa felt, irrespective of the age gap. That doesn't mean her feeling was reciprocated.
Anyways I'm excited for the season two and knowing Bright will be in it. It ended with a twist which isn't good for my mental health.
I recommend this series to everyone. It's a quick watch with no dull moment.

So, I just wanted to say I have been waiting for this one since I watched the trailer. but I don't know what I was high on that I remember it looking like a toxic and taboo romance lol which obviously yes please!
but I started watching and at first I didn't know what to think about the fact that it's a horror plot with hex curses and all. I mean look I love all that too, especially ffs Win looks sooo gorgeous! even more so than anything he's in before at for me personally. because damn the way he looked especially in the red coat and the other ensembles !
but okay this one is very much symbolic and everything is either a metaphor for mental health, or toxic relationships, or even fears that people who are different frequently have to suffer.
the bullying from people that turns the victim into a villain themselves, that's what the "curse" on Namsine basically stands for and I love that nuance. The whole part of 'Enigma' is done so well, I just love it.
even though like I said I wasn't sure at the start if I was going to like it but dude I was hooked by the end of ep 1!
I love gross grotesque stuff so that ending reveal blew my mind (θ‿θ) even though I pretty much said it out loud to myself that if it is him that would be BADASS and it was! lol
it was exactly as badass as I thought! I can't wait for the next season

She's an enigma, she finds it difficult to understand.
Enigma= Dope series! 🔥Win's appearance made this more enchanting and mesmerizing. Oth Prim is definitely one of the brightest actor of GMMTV! She's small in appearance but her presence was vividly trenchant. I'm rooting for her future.
Before this series I had very little idea of Win's capability of acting because Together series didn't met my expectations, but But after Enigma I became a fan of Win.
Just because it was a 4 episode series that doesn't mean it lack depth, they gave depth and purpose of the characters just the right amount. The visual, the suspence, the noir vibe made this series exceptionally remarkable and outstanding which will leave you wanting more.

LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS SHOW
the only reason this does not get a 10/10 is because im very biased when it comes to actors who have been in bl and when i saw that bright was gonna be in the last episode i got even more excited i originally wanted to watch because of win the show was amazing the cast, the story, it was a fast story but well paced overall greatbut i thought when they said that bright was gonna be in the last ep i got excited when in episode 3 i believe ajin said after fa passed out after the astral traveling thing " i wont let anyone else get hurt" i thought he was perhaps referring to someone in his past a.k.a bright possibly being a former lover NO!! i saw him in the last few second in ep 4 and i cried when i found out that bright is possibly evil and is possibly enemies with win , him being a little junky creepy stalker guy in midnight museum was hard enough now i gotta see bright-win possibly hate each other in season 2 are you kidding me
still gonna watch it though because im gonna support them no matter what i just gotta mentally prepare myself
