While very different in tone, both dramas center around a male lead who believes himself unable to keep people close to him. Both dramas also deal with sensitive and triggery topics (to different degrees) from the main male lead's past that get resolved during the course of the story. Both dramas are workplace romances, with one male lead's influential mom putting on a cold and disapproving front towards the love interest, but ultimately coming around very easily at seeing the change in her son. Both dramas also briefly portray a major character undergoing and/or discussing therapy (the male lead in Bed Friend, the male lead's best friend in Boss and a Babe).

office setting, one lead acts cold but is hurting a lot
a bit different back story i think, but the vibe is similar, if you like office romances, this is really good

The similarities is the work place, the relationship at work, funny friends but also dark past. I can't really compare it that much since Bed Friend is R-rated but a lot of things were actually similar there. The top best friend Jack/Jade. Terrible step dad and ignoring mother. Trauma. Homophobic people. Well, what is common between Uea and Cher is that they have undying love for their siblings. Cher and Thoop are not related by blood but treat each other like siblings too. Uea was able to go back to his hell for his loving sister that was the only green from his family. Cher was taking care of Thoop as well and even appeared in dangerous situations for him. In Bed friend it's Uea who's sexually assaulted, in ABAB it's Tian, Cher's past crush but her and Uea went through similar hell. Both were sexually assaulted by their step fathers. I'm not sure if Uea was also raped but I wouldn't be surprised. The difference is Uea didn't kill himself even after living in this hell for several year but still fought with PTSD. Tian ended up pregnant and couldn't live with herself anymore.
King and Gun actually shares more things. Both when they find the right one, they love him undyingly. Both were financially supporting their boyfriends and protected them in front of danger. How King beat Uea's ex and Gun hit Thoop's step dad. Both are visually outstanding and their boyfriends have them wrapped around their finger. They both come from problematic families who didn't accept their relationship at first but allowed it in the end. Both are pretty rich but fall in love with the poor guy with golden heart. And Cher and Uea are both sassy to their boyfriends and casually insult them ?. Also both Cher and Uea decided to leave their boyfriends at the end. Cher because he felt he's not competended to date Gun and because of his mother. Uea because he couldn't work at the place where boss molests him and needed time alone from King. The difference is King was the one who just couldn't leave Uea alone and didn't stop looking after him until he found him. Gun respected Cher's wish and distanced himself but Cher couldn't live without him and waited till he graduates. Both stories have amazing happy endings and both kept me entertained to the end but for rewatching I'd choose Bed Friend because I just enjoyed this story more. It was even more matured and my type of genre. But I loved the comedy in ABAB more.

both are silly and cute with a outwardly cold, inwardly softie boss crushing hard on an over eager intern. guncher abaab and monsam gap are affectionately known as the hr violation ships.

Both are queer Thai romances that take place in office settings. Both focus on romances between bosses and employees. Both touch upon class differences and how this affects relationships (though this is more noticeable in GAP).

Both are work place romance.
Step by step is a story about Jeng who is fierce digital marketing manager despised by his subordinates in the company. As son of the owner, there's little he can do about it.

Both have an office romance between an intern and a 'daddy' boss/manager. The characters have great chemistry and both stories are light, making you smile throughout.

Office setting. Boss- subordinate relationship. Tho rakdiao is a sitcom but it had a different take on BL. The character development and the chemistry between the main leads are off charts. But you have to bear with the first few eps to get used to comical and nonsensical behavior of side characters.

If you enjoyed the main pairing of this show, then you might be interested in "A Boss and a Babe" (terrible naming if you ask me). Forcebook will be the main couple and one of the support characters in Enchante will be a part of the second couple in ABAB.

Workplace setting, office romance and its a BL.
Paint with love is the story of Phab, an abstract painter who is hired by the owner of a media agency, Maze, to do a painting at a celebrity's wedding.

They're similar in a way that one is a worker and one is an intern, but A Boss and a Babe features the CEO and the intern, whereas Be Mine Superstar features a celebrity and an intern. Both storylines are quite similar and the main couple's chemistry in A Boss and a Babe compliment each other really well.

These are both Thai office romance BLs, where the main couple have a Boss/employee relationship. They both feature a lot of interactions happening in the office setting as well as showing a lot of their work projects.
They both have a boss who initially appears cold/scary but eventually shows a softer side.

Both have an office setting and sort of the same feel in the relationship and characters.
