hmmm 1st off Yuma took the same tablet & lived to tell the tail, so why Ritsu think it would affect him differently? just cause he really, truly had enough & wanted out?!? is that how it works, or cause Yuma has super powers that don't just make his wishes come true, but he is incapable of dying cause of them?!? that's why he lived? ผ(•̀_•́ผ) what is the thought process here ＼（〇_ｏ）／ idk - just know i aint as moved as the rest in the comment section. Masumi hysteric's didn't help matters any, there was still one more pill left, if he so wanted he could take the last one (if Ritsu succeeded) & choose when/if to follow...*****************************************************************************************************************************************btw Ritsu's back-story wasn't the devastating IMHO yeah being the kid of the side-chick isn't a reality any kid should have to face, at any age. let alone have to give up on his dreams or not have the support/love of his father. but at least his mother loved & took care of him unlike Masumi's mother. so this backstory doesn't explain why he cheated on someone he kept loving long after the fact.... i don't get the motives let alone the way he choose to destroy someone, he says he still loves. but i guess it was to show/tell us that he does love Masumi & will love him even if a miracle happens & there is no imminent death by meteorite（︶^︶）****************************************************************************************************************************************& sorry but WTF was that kiss (at the waterfall) (ノへ￣、)don't kiss, hug for all i care - especially if that is the kisses we get - not just dry, but so awkward & off putting to watch{{{(>_<)}}}ugh
