Kokichi gets acquainted with a geisha in the town, Okayo, and has a close relationship. His wife, Ohan, learns about it and retires to her parents' home. Seven years later, Kokichi, who happens to meet Ohan in the city, learns he has a child, and decides to start over with his ex-wife. ~~ Adapted from the novel "Ohan" (おはん) by "Uno Chiyo" (宇野 千代).
