Sweet and enjoyable mini-show
This is a sweet and enjoyable mini-show. The storyline is simple but funny and rather entertaining.Character wise:
Due to the short format, there is only a limited amount of character depth and development but the script doesn’t need that. FL is a modern woman who ends up in historical times. She is strong, independent and resourceful. ML is cunning and very charming. For some reason he is able to hear FLs thoughts which gives him an advantage in dealing with a FL who wants a divorce.
Acting wise this is actually pretty good - taken into account the lightheartedness and comical theme. There are some characters that are exaggerated/cringe but not to an extent that ruins the show.
So, if you love a good, romantic and funny mini-show, this is well worth watching.

silly sweet fluff
This show its lightning fast and to be honest all the better for it, as you can skim quickly over the plot holes. The audio is a little echoey in parts, with characters sounding like their lines are coming from the bottom of a well, but I’ve seen worse! The leads are likeable enough and look like they’re having fun with the silly script, and they have decent chemistry. You’re never going to get a masterpiece with this type of drama, but if you don’t feel like committing 40h of your life and just need to scratch an itch then it’s perfectly acceptable for its genre and type.
