it feels like watching a school play
Okay, the story is very predictable but right up my alley. From the start, you know Venus and Sky will end up together, because, hello, name of the show.. but the road towards that end was very.. amateuristic. Half of the time I felt like watching a school play, especially Venus, sorry to say, but I just didn’t feel it. His ‘love’ felt really forced which totally ruined the re-watch value of the show for me. I do hope to see Tod in other shows though, his smile lit up the room, he was much more genuine.As for the NC scenes, they have to be some of the most explicit and spiciest I’ve seen in a BL, so a lot of credit to the actors and directors for that.
Now just work on the emotions part of the show and you’ve got a winner for sure 👍

I was not expecting to struggle that badly getting through the first episode of this show.. And I've sat through my fair share of bad series. I know that this seems to be the unpopular opinion so far though so if you've enjoyed it, I am so entirely happy for you! But for me, was not vibing with any of it. None of the characters seemed to have any ounce of charm, they were actually pretty annoying and the episode was so long; it just kept going in circles for forever. By the end of ep1, I was left irritated and so done with it all. Safe to say that I will not be sitting thru another episode. DROPPED.The acting wasn't horrible but it also wasn't good. The premise is basic enough and had potential to at the very least, be decent but the way that they'd approached it, along with the editing, didn't do it any favors at all. It actually really harmed it. As for the subs, they were confusing but there's been dramas with much worse translations so I personally didn't really see that as a problem, though I guess it didn't help.
I'd give this a zero (or 0.5) in Rewatch Value but mdl doesn't let you enter anything less than 1 star. And of course here's the disclaimer that this was just the first episode, and that anything can happen in the following episodes; I truly do hope it gets better but I for one will not be sticking around to see if that's the case. One episode was *more* than enough for me lol

Full on irritating
What a load of twaddle, ive never been so bored of a bl in my life.Wth it took forever,for the main characters to get together i mean did they ,i couldnt watch it nomore was it really worth it ,that proper got my goat stupidness, so bloody childish arghhhh i wanted to scream at the screen so many times total crap.
I dont actually think there was anything about this bl series that i liked at all not the characters, the plot, the music nothing sorry i just didnt see the point in my opinion it was like waiting for paint to dry painfully slow,the brother just got on my nerves and the best friend and his bf were just there ,for what ive no clue nah couldn't do it again ever i think the only one i could actually tolerate was the brother's bf thats it and his part weren't huge so that's saying something i tried but just couldn't carry on.

I ended up really liking this one - agreeing with others that there are parts and people you can fast forward through and not miss anything.This is a multi-episode commercial for 7-Eleven with a story thrown in. My biggest surprise was seeing 7-Eleven avoiding offering a full on espresso selection along with their smoothie bar. This would truly make them a one stop shopping for quick needs both going to and leaving work.
A little grating from the Thai group - why do you feel it necessary to always make all the sons in the family gay? Why can't one brother be straight and the other not - and, as in all these - have everyone be okay with it. Anywho - small complaint.
Love Venus. Strong character who understandably is very guarded. At the very least - he knows he is being taken advantage of - work wise - and leaves. Through his brother's 7-Eleven ownership - he meets Sky - three years after being rejected by him. Sky, trying so hard to get back together with him keeps whitewashing the past and that makes Venus bothered even more. This is the strongest storyline in the whole series. The secondary storyline with the brother is badly done and usually ignored by the director and writers - it shows. The third storyline could have been left out completely - busy people not connecting and drifting apart. Yawn. Cute characters though - nice eye candy. LOL
I grew to really like Sky and Venus and really LOVED the behind the scenes stuff we saw between the episodes. So nice to see such good hearted people get the work and appreciate being in the series.

Je trouve le couple principal, Vénus-Sky, exaspérant au possible. Je suis déçue de cette série qui pourtant débutait bien. Sky est un harceleur (on comprend que Vénus ne veuille pas le voir!) et Vénus manque de mordant ( il renvoie Sky avec mollesse, on y crois pas). Encore heureux que le couple secondaire "Bomb-Janus" était plus intéressant! Pour qu'il se passe un peu d'affection entre le couple principal il faut attendre le 9ème épisode. Que c'est long... Encore une fois les scénaristes thaïs manquent d'imagination et d'audace. Quel dommage.Was this review helpful to you?

La verdad no es la mejor serie del mundo, pero a mi me gusto, es divertida, al menos a mi me pareció así.La historia de ellos fue turbulenta emocionalmente, para cada uno, vivieron una separación que a los dos le afecto de una manera distinta, y que sirvió para que el personaje de Sky descubriera realmente sus sentimientos y que posicional quería tomar al respecto.
Me gusto un recuerdo utilizado aquí para narrar la historia, y son los flashback, aquí sentí que fueron usados de manera correcta, aportaban al contar la historia, y no se sentía invasivo, realmente me gusto como lo implementaron, muchas veces al usar este recurso no lo hacen bien y hacen la historia pesado o aburrida, pero gracias a todo lo bueno no paso en esta historia.
El humor que maneja es uno exagerado pero que en lo personal saben que momentos deben exagerar al extremo y que otros moderarlos, uno se divierte con las historias y realmente te hacen pasar por un sube y baja de emociones con cada pareja, algunas peleas pueden ser tontas, pero me gusta que hagan que cada pareja hable, en un punto u otro de la serie, cada pareja se comunica y mediante hablar resuelven sus problemas, eso me encanta, que eviten la mayor cantidad e problemas hablando (como debe hacer cualquier pareja).
Sobre la musica, hay mejores, pero es acertada, la intro me recuerda esas series gringas de antes, me gusto, es simple.
Me gusto ver que me desarrollaran las tres historias, porque muchas veces e este tipo e series e olvidan de que ponen mas parejas y la dejan en el aire, considero que abordaron cada relación y le dieron el final que cada una merecía.
Sobre la química, todas las parejas tuvieron química, no se sentía forzados, pero en especial la principal, las escenas de ellos son lindas pero a la vez con potencia, sus escenas NC de ellos son muy buenas, no se sentían forzadas y se podía palpar la química que tienen ambos. en esas escenas no dejan nada que envidiar a otras series.
Realmente espero volver a verlos en sus próximos proyectos, son una couple bien interesante, y me gustaría ver que tal lo hacen en otro tipo de papel. espero y sus futuros proyectos sigan adelante.
La recomiendo? pues si, es linda y divertida, te engaña y te hace querer mas y mas, al principio puede que sea un poco mas lenta de lo esperado pero al final todo vale la pena, te diviertes te enamoras de los personajes.
