Full of heart-fluttering moments
The best Chinese dating show I've watched. Not a lot of unnecessary drama (at least for the couple I was rooting for) and it shows a mature perspective in dating. The couple I shipped was set early on so there were a lot of heart-fluttering moments that gave me a serotonin boost. I felt very secured with them and they had such great chemistry. I could watch them all day. I also like how the show considered the ideal partners of the contestants. I also appreciate that the production team invited couples from previous seasons to give advice and share about their own experience to help the cast work their way through their troubles and doubts. There's also a visual feast. I can say that Pan Mingjun is the most gorgeous male contestant in Chinese dating shows and he was the epitome of a green flag and golden retriever, so it was very pleasing to watch. Xiaoshi (Lion) was also very interesting. There's definitely a reason why most people are saying that S4 is the best season of Yes, I Do. My only complain would probably be how they sent trial participants who only stayed at the house for a day or two since it caused confusion not only for the cast members but also to me as an audience. The concept is a bit similar to Heart Signal in a way that they had to stay at a house for a few weeks unlike some other dating shows that are more fast-paced.REWATCH VALUE:
I've been bingeing on the episodes since the 1st time I've watched it because of the chemistry and sweet moments between one of the final couples. Watching this show made me feel like I was watching a romance drama and the cast members were in their own world. The final couple here is now one of my favorite couples of all-time from dating shows.
