The story revolves around the love, friendship and relationships between four characters who meet by chance. Ushio Yukue is a young woman who has moved to Tokyo from Niigata and is working as a cram-school teacher while living with her sister. Although she offers fresh perspectives to those around her, she is also quite rigid and uncompromising when it involves her own personal matters. Since she was young, she realised that working too hard would cause others to dislike her, and she finds it difficult to maintain friendships, especially with women. Since her student days, she had a close platonic relationship with a male friend whom she could talk to about anything. But one day, he suddenly decides to cut off contact with her. Losing her friend made her lose her motivation. One night, by chance, she meets Haruki Tsubaki, Miyuki Yoyo, and Sato Momiji, who all come from different backgrounds. « you don’t have to be like everyone »
A beautiful drama about 4 HSP(I think) that have relationship issues. They meet each other, and heal slowly.I could really relate with all the characters. It was as if I’ve met someone who finally understands me and feels the same way I do and think the same way.
A lot of the time I’ve been told that I am a bad person just because of my personality and how I think and I have been feeling bad a lot and hated myself for that. But this drama told me that I am not wrong, and I am not bad. Everyone is different and it is okay that way.
This drama learns you to not judge, criticise, hate someone just beause he/she is different, and has a different opinion and a different way of thinking than you. And to accept them as they are. and to not try to push your ideals to others.
The scripting really beautiful, Ubukata-san always choose the right words really carefully.
The music is perfect and fit the visuals which are so simple yet so beautiful.
There is also a lot of little details that makes this drama even more precious.
Some people might find this drama boring(because of the slow pacing but I liked it and found it peaceful) and might not understand the characters . But that’s okay as everyone is different. But I hope they will watch this all the way through because this is a the end that the message is really conveyed.
almost everything is missing
This is another beautiful example how excellent actors plus budget plus a good idea might add to nothing. The episodes feel void. Either a reduction to two episodes or better dialogues or some sort of filling might have
help. Instead of this we have 11 long episodes of nothing. It might be still nice to simply watch the beautiful actors
and listen for their voices, in case you really have nothing else better to watch or to do in life.
From my point of view, it does not deserves attention even for 1% of its running time. Big disappointment!
