Ku Ah Ming is a fourth grader in small town, came from a poor single parent family. A young fine-art teacher Kuo from city has assigned to teach in this small town and he found that Ah Ming is very talented in art, although he performed badly in school. During a nationwide competition, Kuo votes for Ah Ming to represent the school but most of the teachers voted for mayor's son for their own benefit.
