In both dramas main character is judge who doesn't sympathize with the criminals and they give them hardest punishment.

Both female leads have a dose of futility, stubbornness and dominance in their personality and full of extravagance in their appearance. Also, in both fantasy dramas, there's mystery in the plot as they pay for their mistakes in the human world.

PSH plays a similar kickass role in Sisyphus: The Myth. If you like her character here, then I recommend adding Sisyphus to your list.

In both series, the same thing that can be seen are the detective that seek to solve the case and have emotional dimensions, and if you are looking for a romance in this genre, it can be a good option.

A series where
- someone gives them (bad people) the same suffering they did from their victims
- they die after they receive the punishment
- the soul of the bad people receiving the punishment are going to hell

the differences are:
- In "Judge From Hell", a judge will convict you if you're good to go to hell.
while
- In "Jigoku Shoujo" there's a hotline/website called 'Hell Link' that you need to reach out to at 12mn, you need to type the name of the person who did you wrong and Ai will let you know if she accepts or rejects the human's revenge. The human will form a covenant with Ai (Hell Girl) by untying the scarlet thread from the straw doll's neck. There's also a consequence for humans who form a covenant with Hell Girl.

Sharing similar Christian and law based themes with great acting and plot in both. While TJFH is more fantasy and judgement kind, TFP is more anime-ish and less serious with good action scenes and filled with humour. These have similar vibe despite being different in genre and storytelling. Loving TJFH, then potentially u will like TFP and vice versa.

"The Guest" centers on exorcism and supernatural elements, with characters dealing with demonic possessions and battling dark forces. The plot revolves around three main characters—a psychic, a priest, and a detective—working together to fight an evil spirit known as Sohn, which has left a trail of death and despair. "Judge from the Hell" also explores the supernatural realm, with characters confronting twisted souls and dealing with dark forces. While it focuses more on moral judgment from a supernatural judge figure, it still brings forth themes of vengeance, punishment, and the afterlife.

Both series revolve around the concepts of justice and retribution, especially in terms of punishing wrongdoers. In "Judge from the Hell," the plot implies a supernatural judge presiding over earthly wrongdoers, judging them for their sins. In "The Guest," the idea of justice is more rooted in combating evil and seeking revenge against dark forces, but the theme of justice through unconventional means is still central to the story.

Both series employ a dark, suspenseful tone that keeps the audience on edge. "The Guest" utilizes horror elements and psychological suspense, with frequent intense scenes involving exorcisms and violent confrontations with possessed individuals. "Judge from the Hell" also embraces a dark tone, focusing on the moral ambiguities of punishment and possibly psychological horror, given its judgment-themed supernatural setting.

" The Guest" addresses human sins indirectly through the impact of possession and the demonic influence on people’s darkest tendencies.
"Judge from the Hell" seems to take a direct approach by addressing human sins through a supernatural judge's verdicts, reflecting a similar focus on moral consequences.

Both have FL with lots of sass and attitude. Both work in law. She could not care less about the victims.

Both ML are orphans whose parents were murdered. He suffers from being too much of an empath and cares a lot about the victims. He's initially disappointed at the FL for disregarding the concerns of the victims. The murderer who killed his family comes back and the once empathetic ML begins to lose faith in the law.

The FL begins to become more empathetic and becomes a better lawyer/judge.

It´s the same principe, where the female lead did something bad, but in this one she needs to help a specific amount of people in a specific time. It´s not really brutal, but still gives you a similar feeling watching.
