idk much about wandee's story bc it's still airing, but i think if you like this trope you'll like both series :)

Se*ual content and aesthetics. Overall it is the same genre, modern BL with a lot NC scenes. There is a scene in Wandee Goodday where main leads are watching a scene on television that includes main characters form Only Friends. Even covers are similar aesthetics.

Although the concepts of the two dramas is rather different, the two of them both have/are:

-Characters trying to win over the other
-A friends with benefits beginning

Both relationships begin with a friends with benefits style situation. Both have parties that are reluctant to get into a real relationship due to varied reasons. Similar level of intimate scenes.

There're similar because we got to see rejection of doctors' feelings.
It's fantastic to see how every one reacts.

While the shows dont seem very similar on the surface, they have the same director. Theres also a couple of scenes in Wandee Goodday, where the characters are watching TV and the show theyre seeing is The Eclipse.

Both started in a one night stand. Though oin Unforgotten Night, only 1 wants to continue with it while in Wandee Goodday, it was a mutual decision.
