I absolutely loved Friendly Competition! From start to Episode 7, this drama had me hooked with its gripping plot, well-developed characters, and incredible chemistry between the leads. The acting was phenomenal—every emotion felt raw and real, making the story even more immersive.What makes this drama truly stand out is how both main characters are morally grey. We never really know what’s going to happen next, and the unexpected twists make every episode thrilling and exciting, keeping me at the edge of my seat.
It’s also very different from the manhwa, which adds a fresh perspective and makes it even more intriguing. The changes are unpredictable, even for those familiar with the original story. I can’t help but wonder—why is Jei so obsessed with Seulki? The tension between them is undeniable, and I’m excited to see how it all unfolds.
I don’t care if it’s GL or not—honestly, all the comments section seemed to make a big deal about this, but the plot itself is what truly matters. It’s really good, intense, and very intriguing. If it were GL, it would definitely be the best one up to date!
All the cast did a wonderful job with their roles—they really brought justice to it. Especially Seulki (Su Bin) and Jei (Hyeri)—Jei's obsession with Seulki was brought to life so well because of their performances, and Seulki's vulnerability, like a little kitten, made the character feel so real and relatable.
This drama is one of a kind—bold, intense, and unforgettable. If you're looking for a series that blends mystery, psychological depth, and emotional complexity, Friendly Competition is a must-watch!

Honestly
This genuinely is a good show. Not because it’s a Korean gl series and I’m writing a good review so it does better. Well that and it’s really good. The story is something you don’t watch everyday, the acting is amazing. I feel like all of the characters act almost the opposite of how they do in real life but still capture the characters they play really well. The tension in some scenes is great and I just think overall it’s coming together really well:)Was this review helpful to you?

This Thriller series has a lot of insights to offer the story points out a lot of society problems, economic inequality, negligence, addiction, bullying and mental health.The plot and characters are lit, i really love how Chung Soo bin portrayed her character, They're all very remarkable.

It's giving me 1000000000/10 even though I haven’t finished it yet haha. I love everything in this story even though it's not a gl series huhu, it's still worth watching and supporting them. All the casts acting were outstanding. I love the chemistry between Hyeri and Soo Bin and their top-notch acting, the way Hyeri's eyes only stare at Soo Bin. 🤗😍 Ackkkk! I'm screaming in gayyy! Their chemistry is chemistryinggg. I can't wait enough and so excited for the rest of the episodes to release. Please leave a review to support them, everyone!!! One of the best chemistry in gl drama
Worth to be watch, plot twist not boring at all,The chemistry and tension between them just top tier. Not to mention their roller coaster behavior with considered good approach, it also good point where they not just exactly followed the webtoon storyline and changed several part which make it more interesting to be watch

Perfect, insane tension
The characters are portrayed really well by the actresses and major commendation to hyeri and subin! I love how the storyline revolved over time and the obsession of each character towards something made me as a viewer obessessed as well! Metaphors and thoughts of the characters are portrayed beautifully and THE TENSION??? IM ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT EVERY EP?? This series is so good but my problem is only 30 minutes! Please make it this longer atleast 1hr dahil ang bitin . I can't wait to know what is happening to next episode and I hope that these series it would be gl because the chemistry! they are so good together please make them happy in the end .And i hope that after this have season 2! I can't wait to see them happy together they are so many fans. And I'm one of them too so please make it faster because I can't wait! what's is happening to them and I hope I hope that this series is happy ending. And they are end game in the end. I love everything in this drama— from the production, the characters, and everything seems perfect. Who wouldn't love Hyeri in here? She's dang hot wtf?! Subin is a cutie patootie I might keep her grr! Their acting is superb even the supporting actresses. My heart is happy watching this lesbianism in kdrama. They should produce more gl dramas in the future and hopefully with happy ending 🤞
