This show has a little bit of everything..
Storywise it is very complex, filipino mythical creatures and everything in the modern world. A girl descendant of the "tagabantay" (protector) lineage fall for the king of aswang (canival like predator). They had a kid, which is the hero of the show.The ML has two opposing blood running through his veins. Boths sides fighting to be acknowledged.
Then other mythical creatures made appearance, making the show even more complex; like diwata(fairies), tikbalang (half man, half horse), kapre (giants), dwende (elves) to name few.
The actors were excellent, mixture of both old and new. So many subplots to enjoy. Honestly its really great if you can find enough time to watch the whole series because its really really long.
