Bunichi Utsumi is a book critic and aspiring author. Suffering from a severe case of writer’s block, Utsumi decides to stay at the “Hontendo Hotel” which has a reputation for having housed several Japanese literary legends of the past. However, he soon discovers this hotel is haunted when he’s visited by the ghosts of authors like Natsume Soseki and Kenji Miyazawa. Will associating with these legends help inspire his own writing, or just serve to frustrate him further? Edit Translation
