The charming Osetsu, the daughter of the owner who manages the place with strength and grace after her mother's early passing, attracts visitors from far and wide with her beauty and grace, drawing them to the restaurant. Issaburo, her father, entrusts the management of the restaurant to Osetsu, relying on her resilience, especially after he learns calligraphy from his mistress Tokiwatsu, a woman of great character. Chozo, the head chef who assists Osetsu, harbors feelings for her and hopes to marry her someday.
