Aoshima-kun wa Ijiwaru (2024)

A slightly similar premise with a work related romance. There is an age gap between the male and female leads, where both women are the older ones. Also, there is a fair amount of skinship in the two dramas.

Both dramas' FL are in their thirties, and both are involved with younger men. Also, both FL's enjoy their own private time and freedom, and struggle over the the happiness and pain-free life achieved through being single versus the benefits of being in a relationship.
