Deep in the Himalayan region of Dolpo lies the village of Chharka (pop.750) a bastion of Tibetan Buddhism and culture. Having heard that the village was in desperate need of a sturdy bridge Nebuka made it his personal goal to provide a footbridge that would ensure the safety of the villagers as they went about their daily business. This is his personal record of the first three years of the project leading up to the completion of the bridge in 2004.
