Both have similar realistic issues, both have characters struggling to decide between partners.
Both have similar cinematography elements- darker lighting, minimal comedy, struggles with mental health and friend groups.

GMMTV produced shows with a lot of overlapping casts. In Burnout Syndrome, Dew got in between the Offgun pair, while in Mr. Kill, Off seems to disrupt the DewTee pair (or he at least shows up in a similar enemy/rival role than in Burnout Syndrome). In both, the main characters is an artist too and the vibe seems more serious.
