I'm hooked.

I'm just getting back into watching dramas after nearly six years away, and I think I've picked a good one to start with.I appreciate the pacing of the first episode. They don't dwell too long on the emotional or tense scenes, allowing them just enough time to do their thing. There were a few intentionally overacted scenes but they were balanced by moments which built genuine emotions, such as when Jun Hyeon struggles with what he should do after the accident. The antics of the power-hungry twins are definitely going to be the main cause of intrigue for the show.

10 stars no question

What I like from ep 1:- All major characters from his right hand man, his second wife, his children and their spouse is already revealed- Everything is so fast paced, I especially like that the accident took in seconds rather than doing all kind of slowmo and multiple angle capture- Stellar acting from every cast. This is truly one of the foundation in what makes drama good. I like the twin jaekyung-jaesung chemistry. Also like the confrontation between hwang junhyeon and chairman kang. The scene after where junhyeon considering what to do really grips me.- The story from synopsis are already in ep 1 so looking forward to what new plot they would have in ep 2.

"What a breathtaking premiere! 🤯

I went into Reborn Rookie expecting the usual corporate revenge setup, but flipping the script by putting the ruthless, top-tier Chairman into the body of the broken rookie at the very bottom of his own empire is a brilliant twist on the genre. The pacing in this first episode is incredibly fast—they had a ton of ground to cover with the accident, the corporate embezzlement, and the mechanics of the body swap, but they managed to pull it off without losing momentum.Lee Jun-young is already doing a fantastic job portraying that cold, calculated aura of an older tycoon trapped in a young athlete's body. The immediate tension between the corporate greed and the broken family dynamics sets up a very satisfying underdog-turned-mastermind story. That cliffhanger constraint about the two bodies being physically drained when they get too close to each other is a genius touch—it’s going to make navigating the office hierarchy so much more strategic.
