Ren Jian You Wei

Through the smoke and fire rising from the kitchen stoves of Wantangju, a century-old restaurant in Beijing, the turbulent rises and falls of China’s modern history over the past thirty years are reflected. In the 1990s, Fan Da Cheng was recruited into the kitchen to apprentice under Yang Yue Jun, the head chef of Wantangju.
