A química entre o Hu Cheng Yao e a Cui Xin Xin é latente, as diversas cenas de beijos e mais intimidade são ótimas e realistas. A ansia do ML pela FL é palpável, mas o roteiro peca pelo excesso de clichês, há mal-entendidos eternos, pretendentes, dificuldade financeira familiar, várias cenas da FL bêbada sendo salva pelo ML e assim em diante.Diante de um roteiro tão básico e monótono, os atores fizeram um ótimo trabalho, apesar da má execução de algumas cenas, episódios fora de ordem, figurino limitado e até mesmo cabelo de duas cores da atriz.
