A secret gem
The storyline is well developed, the scenes are beautiful, and the actresses take their roles very seriously. I especially liked the characters Tarn and Vicky they are complete opposites at first, but despite their differences, they eventually grow closer.I also really enjoyed the police aspect of the series, and the action scenes are well executed.
The only thing that bothered me was the part where Tarn is drugged and Vicky still sleeps with her. I don’t think it’s appropriate to show something like that.
I also really liked Tarn’s friends they’re very endearing. Vicky also deserved a stronger group of friends. She does have one friend, but that relationship isn’t as memorable or well developed.
Despite that, I would still recommend the series, even if it does feel a bit like cop propaganda.

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM
At first, i wasn’t sure whether i should watch it or not, but since i was bored, i decided to give it a shot. In the first few seconds of episode 1, i already thought about dropping it, but then the FLs stopped me. Their face cards are givingggg! That’s why i ended up finishing it.As for the story, it’s kind of predictable and feels rushed, well, I'm aware that it only has 7 episodes (reason why i’m disappointed 😞). i really love how the characters did justice to the series. Even the side characters had me giggling; they’re so cuuuteee.
i initially thought it would be crime-related with a touch of GL, but it turned out to be the opposite. Still, it’s a good series. I don’t get why people are sleeping on this gem. It’s a must-watch, and i highly recommend it to anyone reading this. i assure you, it’s a great short series.
i just hope they’ll have more projects together in the future, including the side characters.

It Definietly is a Drama!
I am always excited when a new GL comes out; however, it is no longer 2015 and, as there are now more than five productions, my expectations are a bit higher. The story is quite lovely, and the action scenes are not bad. There are only seven episodes, but the plot does not feel overly rushed and you can actually feel yourself invested in the story. There are some elements that deserve a snort (the "always packed bakery" has barely three people in it each scene, the bodyguard could not be more useless, etc.) but they are not that much in your face. My main problem is that everything seemed too clear, too perfect. I could not forget that I am watching something and these are just actresses and actors. Most scenes, especially when both female leads had a moment, looked like a photo shoot and not a real-life motion. Every time they kissed, I was waiting for a product placement. And do not even get my started on the frequency of slow-motion! Overall, it is cute, it is fun but nothing more than that. Was this review helpful to you?
Unexpected Show of 2026
This show was not at all what I expected, but it exceeded all my expectations in the best possible way. I started watching this show with 0 expectations as I had no previous experience with this network or the actors. I have to agree with many others, this was one of the best shows of the year. The storylines were compelling, the acting was phenomenal, and the pacing was perfect. The only downside is that it would have been great to have a few more episodes to fully hash out the storyline but every plot was well thought out. Worthy of rewatches! Hoping to see more and more of them in future projects, along with the same production team and director. Was this review helpful to you?

Heart Code masters the art of subtlety
Some series you watch. Others stay with you long after the final episode. Heart Code is definitely the second kind. The story reminds us that sometimes the smallest symbols carry the greatest meaning: like the little frog plush that Thara receives from Vicky during their childhood goodbye. One small gift, one moment and feelings that never truly disappeared.
One of the strongest aspects of Heart Code is how much the series relies on its characters and how brilliantly those characters are portrayed. At the center of it all are the two leads: Pattarawadee Laosaas Thara and Natsiya Prommart as Vicky.
Their chemistry doesn’t rely on dramatic declarations or grand gestures. Instead, it lives in the silences, the glances, and the subtle tension between them. Tungpang plays Thara with a calm, controlled strength that occasionally cracks just enough to reveal her vulnerability. Meanwhile, Jessie brings remarkable emotional depth to Vicky, making every internal conflict feel real and deeply human. This is the kind of acting that makes you truly believe in the relationship between the characters.
And maybe that’s one of the most beautiful things about Heart Code: it reminds us that some of the most powerful performances come from actors we haven’t seen everywhere yet. It’s a reminder that giving new and lesser-known actresses a chance can sometimes bring the most authentic and refreshing stories to life.
The series is also elevated by the care put into its production. Heart Code doesn’t rely solely on the romance between its main characters. The creators clearly aimed to build a world that feels both visually and emotionally cohesive. The production quality is genuinely impressive. The cinematography, pacing and balance between action sequences and quiet emotional moments feel very intentional. Nothing feels random. The camera often lingers just a little longer than expected, allowing the audience to notice small gestures, lingering tension and unspoken emotions.
Because of that, even the quietest scenes: when the characters simply stand next to each other or exchange glances carry a surprising amount of emotional weight. And it’s in those moments that Heart Code truly shows how powerful a carefully told story can be.

A Pleasant Surprise
Before I begin, let me just get my lone criticism out of the way. In these Thai GL dramas, I really hate it when the 2 female leads have sex while one of them is under the influence of a date rape drug. I had this same problem with another one of my favourite GL dramas (Dangerous Queen). The rest of the show was amazing. I absolutely loved Vicky and Than's relationship. Even after the truth was revealed, the love between them was still there. Tungpang and Jessie had great performances and chemistry, and Vicky's character development was perfect. I'm a bit of a sucker for a female character who begins as a pampered princess and then becomes a complete badass who can hold her own against men who are twice her size.
Pete and Noey were a good secondary couple, and Minister Burin and his son were both entertaining antagonists.
Phakphum's redemption arc was handled well. I do understand that he only did what he did to protect his wife and daughter, but I'm actually glad that he still paid for his crimes, even after confessing to them. I suspect that most other GL dramas would have just exonerated him completely simply due to the fact that he's Vicky's father.
The actions sequences were well choreographed, and it was refreshing to see the females fighting while wearing flat shoes rather than high heels.
Overall, Heart Code is one of the best GL dramas that I've ever watched. The acting and chemistry, writing, directing, and fight sequences all stood out. Over the course of its 7 episodes, no screen time felt wasted. Thanks to recent shows like Heart Code (action), ClaireBell (prison), Love Design (architecture), and the criminally underrated Runaway (horror), Girls' Love dramas are really beginning to spread their wings.

I was not expected to be this good. I like the storyline, cinematography, plot especially the main lead actress tungpang and Jessie they're really great actress one word that I can say it's a "MASTERPIECE" series honestly I was shocked too because this series made from Original script not based on book or novel, monomax production is so good the best company. Was this review helpful to you?

A series that quietly stands out!
Heart Code is one of those GL series that quietly stand out. It doesn’t rely on overly dramatic plot twists, but instead, it focuses on emotional depth, character growth, and the kind of slow-burning connection that feels real. What makes it especially compelling is the chemistry between the leads. Their dynamic feels natural, making every moment, whether light or heavy, hit a little deeper. The storytelling is simple but intentional, allowing you to really sit with the characters and their journey.
I would definitely include this series in my top recommended GL's to watch, together with Petrichor and Clairebell.
It's definitely worth watching, especially if you appreciate GL series that prioritize authenticity and emotional connection.

I’m honestly struggling because Episode 7 just wasn't enough! How am I supposed to move on after that finale? The talent displayed by the cast is top-tier, and they deserve all the awards for bringing these characters to life so beautifully. I am going to miss seeing them on my screen every week so much. I really hope the production team realizes what a masterpiece they have on their hands and gives us more series to come. This duo is too iconic to stop here! If you haven’t watched Heart Code yet, you are missing out on the best series of the year. 10/10, no notes, just pure excellence!
