However, after accepting a request from his good friend Ten, Dean finds himself doing whatever it takes to win over contradictory artist Moth. You see, Ten wants to pursue Pun, but Pun has feelings for Moth. At first, Dean doesn't give much thought to flirting, but Moth's indifference to him triggers his competitive instinct to win.

As they train at a resort outside the city and begin to open up to each other, Bay and Sun make their own wager: if they win the men's doubles championship, their fathers must allow them to date; if they lose, however, they'll never see each other again.

You Maniac is a BL, while Nevertheless is not.
But I noticed some similarities in the first episode.
One of the main characters is a red flag who has many relationships but never gets attached to anyone.
The other is an artist who draws butterflies. Moth, the name of the protagonist in You Maniac, refers to a “moth,” while Na-bi, the name of the female protagonist in Nevertheless, means “butterfly.”
And in both stories, they end up being attracted to the bad-boy main character.
