First impression

Things I disliked:
1. Shaming an escort worker. I do not support the shaming of the escort workers, sleeping with customers, or not, it doesn't matter in my eyes. Both the Peem and the Parn's father had something disgusting to say about it. I can maybe see how some people see this job as a low-class job. However, I don't see why they think they have a right to say something about it. Especially Parn's father since he is greatly benefiting from Parn having this job.

CH3 has delivered a script even LenaMiu can save.
The writing is unbelievable, the dialog is simply bad. There are multiple scenes that just are notAnd then there is the physical assault and sexual assault.
This isn't the "gown up" script I thought they wanted. This is rape with high production values.
Dark themes are fine if you are going to give them time and make the characters do the work to fix it. I have no confidence they will do that in this series. I'm sure someone will be by to defend their rape fantasies as "dark romance."

Here’s the thing — and I’m saying this with all the love for GL content in my heart: just because it’s GL doesn’t mean we get a free pass on red flags. ✋
Pheem’s behaviour? That part was hella icky. 🚩 If the roles were reversed — if this was a guy who’d been all over Pan one night, then suddenly decided her job made her "less than," got aggressive, and basically pressured her into intimacy again? He’d be the villain of the story, end of discussion. 🗣️ Just saying. We don’t romanticize problematic behaviour no matter who’s doing what to whom. Standards exist for a reason!
BUT — for those who’ve read PLS LOVE The Novel — we know there’s a deeper, heartbreaking backstory at play here. Pheem isn’t just being difficult for drama’s sake: she’s caught in this brutal tug-of-war where she loves Pan fiercely… while also carrying around this awful, ingrained shame that makes her recoil from exactly what she craves. It’s messy. It’s complicated. It’s human. And it’s going to be a journey watching her unpack all that. 🫣❤️🩹
Final Verdict
The vibe? The chemistry? The storytelling? Chef’s kiss. 🤌 This show has my whole heart already — even if it’s also going to give me a few ulcers along the way 😂

✨ PLS LOVE EP 2: THOUGHTS ✨
Okay, I literally had to pause just to catch my breath. My brain is still processing everything that just happened — and this is only Episode 2? This easily felt like we were already at episode 6 or 7. No filler, just pure chaos and feelings.
⚠️ SPOILERS ⚠️
So here’s the thing: Miu’s character is a popular escort who’s never been with any client that way. Lena’s character? The first one. Ever. That’s huge — and my heart absolutely aches for how meaningful that is.
And yet… it stings to watch Peem be so condescending toward Parn. You’re the one who gets to be her first, and you still look down on her? It’s messy and unfair and frustrating.
Then there’s Parn’s dad: “This one’s a keeper, so our family can finally stop being poor.” Ouch. Now I’m overthinking everything. Is she falling for real? Or is she doing what she always does — putting her family first, even if it breaks her own heart in the process?
Complicated layers, raw emotions, and so many questions already. If Episode 2 hits this hard, I honestly don’t know how I’m going to survive the rest of this series. But I’m absolutely ready to find out. Let’s go. ❤️🔥

Honestly...this was adapted from a novel called PLS LOVE by REVERSE... which I’ve already read for the nth time. 😭 Although I absolutely loved the novel...there were sm things in it that weren’t exactly perfect… BUT THE SERIES??? It’s like they polished every single mistake from the novel and made it disappear like it was never even there!!! 😭😭
And idk how, but from the 1st ep itself... this became my top sapphic series... Before this it was The Loyal Pin and Poisonous Love...but now PLS LOVE has taken that spot. 🛐
And I’m not even bragging when I say this, but tbh I was NEVER a fan of the main leads LenaMiu.... Yet somehow this series is taking me to HEAVEN. 😭 Like HOW????

Idk what your preferences are when it comes to watching a sapphic series, but THIS IS A MUST WATCH. No matter what genre or type of series you usually like...just WATCH THIS. It’ll literally take you to heaven. 🛐😭

But somehow that waiting gives it this weird masochistic vibe 😭-------------the more you endure the wait, the more pleasure you get when the next ep finally drops.
