A tough girl with a strong sense of justice who grew up with her aunt after losing her parents in an accident when she was young and who once ruled her school with her fists returns—this time in disguise. Min A enters high school determined to start fresh, but her plans quickly unravel when she grows close to her kind-hearted classmate, Min Gi. When Min Gi becomes the target of Se Hyeok and his bully gang, Min A steps in, hiding her face and wearing a tracksuit to protect him. Her bold intervention sparks rumors of a mysterious “tracksuit student,” and soon the whole school is buzzing with speculation. Unaware of his rescuer’s true identity, Min Gi begins a clumsy investigation to uncover who saved him. Meanwhile, a tense three-way rivalry forms between Min A, Hye Ri, and Se Hyeok over Min Gi. Forced to conceal who she really is, Min A ends up juggling a complicated triple life—trying to appear ordinary, hiding her fighting skills, and pretending to be in love. But with Min A’s explosive sense of justice and fiery temper, keeping her secret won’t be easy. Love grows tangled, her identity risks exposure, and the fights with Se Hyeok’s gang only intensify. Let the Children Fight

Physical fighting is common in very young children, but they soon learn how to express their emotions and solve problems with words. It’s usually best to avoid fights, but sometimes fighting it out seems to be the best option, especially for children. In this movie, we follow high schoolers who often use their fists, along with one strange girl who gets involved in the fights and tries to set the record straight. The film contains a bit of drama, comedy and action.

The story wasn’t very convincing. The comedy provided a good refreshment every now and then, but the best part of the movie were the action scenes. Although it wasn’t believable to watch a girl fighting boys — especially since we never see her train — the fight scenes had strong energy and felt satisfying.

I actually don’t know what this movie wanted to achieve. If it was meant to give young actors a chance to act, then I understand. But from a story perspective, I don’t see anything particularly memorable. Or maybe I’m already too old for high school movies.
