Sila, un jeune PDG perspicace et méticuleux souffrant d'un burnout et d'insomnie chronique, décide de se rendre dans son propre établissement incognito, le Zantiis Ndol Villas. Sous le pseudonyme de « Kin », il espère y trouver du repos tout en évaluant discrètement son personnel. Cependant, le chaos s'installe pendant la haute saison lorsqu'un bug informatique entraîne une double réservation de la chambre qu'il avait réservé. Tonnam, un réceptionniste dévoué, refuse de renvoyer les autres clients. Voyant Kin épuisé, il lui propose son propre logement, une maison en bois pour le personnel en bordure de rivière, comme solution temporaire, mais à une condition : partager la chambre. Dans cet espace douillet, bercé par les sons apaisants de la cascade de Muak Lek et l'énergie positive de Tonnam, Sila, autrefois froid et insomniaque, découvre que cette vie simple est le parfait remède à son insomnie. Il ne tarde pas à devenir dépendant de sa nouvelle vie sous le nom de Kin, et à la cohabitation avec ce charmant réceptionniste. So I think this series was made in collaboration with the resort, Zantiis, right? Because the whole thing really felt like a promotional love story for the place, which honestly wasn’t a bad thing!The storyline is very Wattpad-coded though 😂 The CEO pretending to be a regular customer, meeting an employee, and eventually falling in love with him. It’s definitely giving that classic “rich boss falls for the employee” trope.
Since it’s only a short story, I didn’t really expect much depth from the characters or the storyline. Everything moved pretty quickly, so there wasn’t really enough time to explore their personalities, their relationship, or the emotions behind their feelings.
It doesn’t really ask you to overthink anything. Overall, it was cute while showcasing the resort. Not something I’d go into expecting a deep or complicated story, but as a short romantic series with a very Wattpad-ish plot, it did what it needed to do. 😂

Room For Improvement
- choppy, they ended episode 2 indoors and then suddenly at the beginning of episode 3 were eating (again) outside?
- did not feel chemistry/relationship development before the kiss in episode 3
- they shouldn't have more than 1 couple with the short run time
