Well folks, this might be my last contribution to this thread but I found a few tracks from the last three episodes

The Cantonese song that plays in both episode 10 and 12 is called "亦是书也是诗" or (the book of poetry) by Fang Qinyuan La Jiao

The song that plays when ZX kisses ZZ on stage is called "Give All You Got" by Leroy Wild

And finally we have the OST by both Ollie and Shu yuan called "奢求" or ("extravagant Hope" according to the credits)

Does anyone know the song that Zhang Zhun had to sing alone in the final episode?
