Now working as a producer, Okura Tadayoshi is dedicated to developing the next generation of idols. The focus of his efforts is a group of more than 150 Juniors. Among them are ACEes, KEY TO LIT, and B&ZAI, who have already performed on arena stages before sold-out crowds, as well as promising Junior members from both eastern and western Japan and newly selected younger trainees who have only recently passed their auditions. With each trainee possessing a different background and personality, Okura carefully considers how to nurture their individual strengths. Sometimes he watches over them from a distance, while at other times he offers direct guidance, always encouraging them to believe in their own potential. Having spent more than two decades in the entertainment industry as an idol himself, Okura understands both the rewards and the hardships of the profession. That experience fuels his determination to help the next generation reach the spotlight. This documentary follows Okura's work as a producer while capturing the growth and aspirations of the Juniors under his guidance.
