Shizuyo, who is obsessed with marriage and can wear nothing but wedding dresses, has her engagement broken off by her fiancé and then meets Itsuki, a comedian. Through a turn of events, the two end up sharing a house together! As they live together, Shizuyo begins to reconsider why she wants to get married in the first place. Meanwhile, Itsuki realizes that he has hit a wall in his career as a comedian, and Shizuyo pinpoints the reason behind it. Though they hurt each other along the way, the two gradually find themselves drawn to one another. Will they be able to end up together? Simple but cute
Watched this on the FOD Short app with English subtitles!As is somewhat expected of vertical dramas, this one suffered a bit from pacing issues and didn't have too much character depth, but the chemistry between Suzuki Miu and Muto Jun made up for it, and I appreciated that they kept the story simple to let that chemistry shine. I actually got butterflies at a few moments! The added gimmick of Shizuyo being in a wedding dress the whole time added to the fun and quirky tone. Great for a quick, light romcom fix!
