Xiao Xiao is concerned about the progress between Mo Sheng and Yi Chen. To comfort Mo Sheng, Xiao Xiao tells her that Yi Chen has always been cold and distant and he wouldn't have approached Mo Sheng if he didn't care about her. Mo Sheng discloses the reason she broke up with Yi Chen. She worries that she will lose Yi Chen once again. Xiao Xiao is surprised that Yi Chen was the one who requested a breakup back then. Mo Sheng goes back to the office and runs into Wen Min, who decided to resign in secret. Before Wen Min leaves, she tells Mo Sheng that she didn't go back because she is a divorcee and she doesn't deserve that man. Mo Sheng is troubled by what Wen Min said.
