Three Stars

I knew this would happen! I knew even since I heard that song with "Please remember me", and I was praying that this won't happen! I'm kind of disappointed... I really enjoyed episode 10, it had some great and cute moments that made my heart flutter, and I knew that something bad will happen. But I didn't expected it to happen so soon :(...
I really liked the part when Jo Geun Woo sang for Choi Chun Hee. I feel bad for him, he really likes her, and at some points, I'm just like little Byul, trying to decide which guy should get the girl.
Believe it or not, I feel kind of sorry for Park Soo In... She is just a marionette, and her mother holds the strings. Yeah, I really hate her for what she did, but deep down, I kind of understand what she's feeling...

different from others opinions

I don't care what others say I still thought this episode was very good and enjoyable to watch - I don't mind cliché's and I don't mind it if they use old cards as long as they aren't drug out - this one really reminds me of Hana Yori Dango's episode when it happened to Matsumoto Jun lol - very interesting and not boring and I believe this one will be resolved just as fast as it was in that drama :)

Well, at least I saw that coming

This drama, from the very beginning, has been a bunch of cliches held together by string, duck tape, and the occasional musical number. A fluffy, occasionally nonsensical hour that keeps me entertained is all right with me, but this episode Trot Lovers decided to make use of one of the most tired, worn-out, hair-wrenching plot devices known to TV. Well, once something is done, even if I hate it I want to see it done right. The biggest problem here is that the leads only had 1 episode of bliss, not nearly enough for the audience to get used to the couple, so it is a little hard to suddenly deal with Joon Hyun being a jerk (again) and Choi Chun Hee being a sobbing wreck. The moments where Joon Hyun almost reminisced about something he didn't quite remember weren't even very poignant- none of them were about Choi Chun Hee or Byul, but instead about the simpler life he lived when he was with them. Give me him suddenly crying over lettuce, and maybe I'll be okay.

And- are the writers going to try to make Soo In a sympathetic character? It's not happening. You could have done it a few episodes ago, but she's full into crazy land now. Please don't try to convince me she's not really nuts.

Trot Lovers - Episode 11

Just when this drama was starting to pick up and become more interesting, it falls flat on it's face with the cliche and overdone. Despite the fact that this drama has thrown us the oldest card in the deck, it is still decently watchable (though I would say it's kind of a waste of time at this point unless they pull something original and clever at the very end, which is highly unlikely).
