After School's Nana will reportedly join the upcoming romantic comedy drama "My Man Is Cupid."
On December 16th media outlets shared that Nana will join Jang Dong Yoon in the upcoming drama "My Man Is Cupid." It will be directed by Heo Sung Hee and is scheduled to air in 2022.
Nana's agency Pledis Entertainment responded to the reports and stated that the idol-actress is positively reviewing the casting offer. Jang Dong Yoon is also still reviewing the drama as well.
"My Man Is Cupid" aims to start production early next year. The broadcasting channel for the drama is still undecided.
"My Man, Cupid" will be on its first shoot early next year, and the formation is undecided.
Nana is currently active as an actress. She made a debut as part of the girl group After School in 2009. She began her acting career in 2015 and since then, she's been participating in several acting projects. She was part of several dramas such as "The Good Wife," "Kill It," "Into the Ring," "Genesis," and more. She last starred in the MBC drama "Oh My Ladylord" with Lee Min Ki and CNBLUE's Kang Min Hyuk.
If she accepts the casting offer for "My Man, Cupid," this will be her third upcoming series. She will also be part of the dramas "Glitch" and "Mask Girl." Nana is also set to star in the much-anticipated movie "Confession" together with So Ji Sub, Kim Yoon Jin, and Choi Kwang Il.
