No Sang Bo confirmed to star in the Disney+ original K-drama "Uncle Samsik"
Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon are both confirmed to lead the upcoming K-drama Carry Sun Jae And Run (formerly known as Time Walking on Memory).
tvN announced on July 19th that the upcoming time slip romantic comedy K-drama Carry Sun Jae And Run is confirmed to be produced and Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon have been picked to lead the series.
Carry Sun Jae and Run will be the collaboration work of director Boo Sung Chul (The Heirs, My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho, and You're Beautiful) and screenwriter Lee Shi Eun (True Beauty).
The upcoming K-drama will tell the romance story of a top star who ended his life tragically and an avid fan who decided to time travel to the year 2008 to save him. The upcoming K-drama will base its story on the web novel of the same name by Kim Bang.
Byeon Woo Seok will play the role of Ryu Seon Jae. He is known to be the nation's top star. He became tired of life in the entertainment industry and changed his reputation.
Kim Hye Yoon will play the role of Lim Sol. She became a fan of Ryu Seon Jae after accidentally hearing his song on the radio and received comfort. After becoming a fan, she decided to return to the year 2008 to save Ryu Seon Jae who passed away in the current time.
Carry Sun Jae and Run will officially premiere on tvN and it will be part of their Monday and Tuesday K-drama timeslot. There's no specific broadcast date yet of the series.
This will be the second upcoming K-drama of Byeon Woo Seok. He will also lead the upcoming K-drama Strong Woman Kang Nam Soon with Lee Yoo Mi, Ong Seong Wu, Kim Jung Eun, Kim Hae Sook, and Park Young Tak.
Byeon Woo Seok is known for being part of the K-dramas Moonshine, Record of Youth, Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency, Live Up to Your Name, and more.
This will also be the second upcoming K-drama of Kim Hye Yoon. The actress will also lead the upcoming MBC series The Year We Turned 29. Last year, Kim Hye Yoon starred in the K-drama Cleaning Up with Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon So Min, Lee Moo Saeng, Kim Jae Hwa, Na In Woo, and Jang Shin Young.
