Ji Chang Wook Makes a Bold Transformation in "Revolver"
Castaway Diva offers a glimpse into the professional moments of Chae Jong Hyeop, Cha Hak Yeon, and Kim Joo Heon.
Park Eun Bin, who plays the role of Seo Mok Ha, an aspiring singer, teams up with Kim Hyo Jin, who plays the role of former top star Yoon Ran Joo, to write a new chapter in their lives. In addition, Chae Jong Hyeop, Cha Hak Yeon, and Kim Joo Heon are expected to play pivotal roles in steering the narrative alongside these two divas.
Chae Jong Hyeop takes on the role of Kang Bo Geol, a PD at YGN's entertainment department. Kang Bo Geol is a character unlike a typical entertainment PD, as he is calm and doesn't express his emotions clearly. However, when he encounters Seo Mok Ha from the deserted island, it disrupts his ordinary routine.
Cha Hak Yeon plays the role of Kang Woo Hak, a reporter at YGN's newsroom and Kang Bo Geol's older brother. He is affectionate to his family and possesses an insatiable curiosity, always driven to seek answers. As his interest is piqued by Seo Mok Ha, discovered on the deserted island, Kang Woo Hak embarks to find the answer to his life by accompanying Seo Mok Ha on her journey to pursue her dreams.
Kim Joo Heon portrays Lee Seo Joon, the CEO of RJ Entertainment, which represents Yoon Ran Joo. Lee Seo Joon is a talented man excelling in education, personality, etiquette, and business acumen, who grew a one-man agency into a major entertainment company.
In the released photos, the three professionals - the PD, the news reporter, and the entertainment company CEO - are seen dedicated to their respective occupations. They will, at times, provide support and, at other times, present challenges to Seo Mok Ha and Yoon Ran Joo, who dream of reversing the course of their lives.
Castaway Diva will premiere on October 28 on Netflix.
