"Miss Night and Day" Achieves New Personal Best in Ratings + Ranks on Netflix's Top 10 List
Choi Jin Hyuk (Zombie Detective, Tunnel) takes on the role of a perfectionist in Miss Night and Day.
Miss Night and Day follows the story of Lee Mi Jin (Jung Eun Ji), a young woman who mysteriously wakes up one day as an old lady. Mi Jin begins a new life as a senior intern at Seohan District Public Prosecutors' Office under the name Lim Soon (Lee Jung Eun) after overcoming the shock of her sudden transformation.
In the K-drama, Choi Jin Hyuk plays the role of Gye Ji Woong, a prosecutor at the Seo Han District Office who has high qualifications, excellent education, good looks, and a stubborn personality. Gye Ji Woong is a logical man who values reason over emotion and believes in nothing but concrete evidence. He is also a perfectionist who does not tolerate a single mistake and a workaholic maniac who works 24/7, 365 days a year, boasting an unparalleled success rate at the Seo Han District Office.
Gye Ji Woong's only flaw is his poor social skills. He does not care even if his colleagues are exhausted, as a result, the staff under Gye Ji Woong's supervision can't endure for more than three months and announce their resignation one after another.
The stills give a glimpse of the daily life of the workaholic Gye Ji Woong. Whether the sun or the moon is up, he is glued to his office, digging through documents. When the information at hand doesn't satisfy him, he even goes to the scene to find evidence.
Miss Night and Day will premiere on June 15. The K-drama will be available to stream on Netflix.
