Park Hae Soo in talks to reunite with Jeon Do Yeon in a new thriller mystery K-drama
The official cast of Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest is finally confirmed.
On February 16, it was confirmed that Choi Min Soo and Yeonwoo will be joining INFINITE's Kim Myung Soo and Choi Jin Hyuk in the upcoming K-drama Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest.
Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest will be the newest work of director Kim Chil Bong and writers Jeong Ah and Oh Hye Seok. The upcoming series will be produced by Tiger Studio and A2G Entertainment.
The upcoming K-drama is set in an accounting firm with 2 men from different backgrounds. It will showcase the story of Jang Ho Woo who is the only employee of one of the top accounting firms with a high school diploma and Han Seung Jo who has a perfect background and is the vice president of the firm.
Aside from Choi Min Soo, Yeonwoo, Kim Myung Soo, and Choi Jin Hyuk, INFINITE's Lee Sung Yeol and Kim Nam Yee will also join the K-drama.
The production team of Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest shared, "Kim Myung Soo, Choi Jin Hyuk, Choi Min Soo, and Yeonwoo perfectly fit with each of their characters. Their performance will complete the drama. Viewers can look forward to the synergy of the actors while working together. Please show a lot of support and interest in the premiere of the drama."
Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest will begin airing in the first half of 2023. The K-drama will exclusively air on MBC and it will have a total of 16 episodes.
In the upcoming K-drama, Choi Min Soo will play the role of Han Je Kyun. He is the father of Choi Jin Hyuk's character and also the vice president of Taeil Accounting Corporation. He has a great reputation and is the symbol of noblesse oblige in the company. This will be his comeback to MBC after six years.
Aside from this K-drama, Choi Min Soo will also star in upcoming movies Ungnami and I’ll Become Rich.
Meanwhile, Yeonwoo will play the role of Jin Yeon Ah. She will be the senior assistant at Taeil's Accounting Firm. She will be the guide to Jang Ho Woo who graduated from high school and became an accountant. This will be her first project for the year. Last year, she starred in the MBC K-drama The Golden Spoon.
Numbers: Watchdogs in the Building Forest has already started filming although the official release date has not yet been finalized.
