Actor Kim Byung Chul, who played the role of Seo In Ho in Doctor Cha, appeared on JTBC's “Newsroom.”

During the interview, Kim Byung Chul discussed the scene where his character received a slap from Uhm Jung Hwa. He said, "I could say I felt pain, but it didn't hurt that much. It wasn't a one-time shoot; I don't remember it clearly. Since I don't remember it well, I did get slapped." His response drew laughter from the audience.

Regarding the scene where his face gets smeared with cake, Kim Byung Chul said they completed it in one take. He shared, "There's a scene where cream gets on my nose, and luckily, the cake stuck to my cheek unexpectedly. It was a moment no one anticipated, so everyone on set enjoyed it."

Before Kim Byung Chul's appearance on Newsroom, Uhm Jung Hwa commented, "Kim Byung Chul's eyes shine when he acts. He's like a chameleon. It's fortunate to have met Kim Byung Chul." In response, Kim Byung Chul showcased his wit by saying, "A chameleon of colors." He further expressed, "Seeing someone who not only has the courage to step forward but also delivers excellent results, I thought, 'Indeed, the person in the central role is different.' Acting alongside Uhm Jung Hwa was touching, I feel grateful and honored."

He mentioned that it was a great time for him and expressed his gratitude.
