"Good Partner" to resume airing after three weeks!

After three weeks of postponement, new episodes of Good Partner will premiere this week.

On August 15, SBS confirmed the broadcast resume for the law K-drama Good Partner. The K-drama aired its five episodes until the broadcast went on hiatus due to the airing of the Paris Olympics. The first five episodes received decent ratings and reviews and attention is focused on whether they can regain and attract more viewers after a long hiatus. 

Good Partner showcases the daily life and struggles of divorce lawyers. It focuses on the veteran divorce lawyer Cha Eun Kyung and rookie divorce lawyer Han Yoo Ri working at the Law Firm Daejung. 

The K-drama is being led by  Jang Na Ra, Nam Ji Hyun, Kim Joon Han, BLOCK B's P.O., Ji Seung Hyun, and Han Jae Yi. 

Director Kim Ga Ram (Nevertheless and Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency) and writer Choi Yoo Na are working together to create the series. 

The sixth episode of Good Partner will premiere on August 16 at 10 PM KST. The K-drama can be viewed through SBS and streaming platforms Viki and Wavve. 

SBS released new still cuts for the upcoming episode. 

In the sixth episode, the K-drama will showcase the fierce court battle between Cha Eun Kyung and her husband, Kim Ji Sang. Cha Eun Kyung will work with Han Yu Ri, while her husband will be defended by divorce attorney Kang Sang Joo.

In photos released, Cha Eun Kyung and her husband's mistress, Choi Sa Ra, were seen face to face. Choi Sa Ra appears to be without guilt and shows no remorse for her infidelity.

The production team of the K-drama shared, "In the upcoming episode, Cha Eun Kyung and Kim Ji Sang will be engaged in a fierce battle for the custody of their daughter, Kim Jae Hee. Please look forward to the emotional performance of Jang Na Ra portraying Cha Eun Kyung, as she conveys her guilt for hurting her daughter and her rage towards her husband and his mistress."
