On May 22, tvN unveiled stills of Ha Yoon Kyung in her role as Yoon Cho Won, the younger sister of Yoon Joo Won - who is incarnated as Ban Ji Eum (Shin Hye Sun) - in the highly anticipated new Saturday-Sunday drama, See You in My 19th Life.
Yoon Cho Won is a woman who, after her sister Yoon Joo Won's tragic demise, courageously puts on a cheerful facade to endure her everyday life. The one person she longed to confide in was Moon Seo Ha. But, as fate would have it, Ban Ji Eum comes into her life, and her striking resemblance to her late sister piques curiosity within her.
The revealed stills capture the bustling routine of Yoon Cho Won, who is a horticulturist in the drama. With a radiant smile and a calm vibe, she gives healing to those around her. Particularly noteworthy is Yoon Cho Won's devotion to her work on the farm, where she finds solace and eagerly anticipates the arrival of a refreshing summer. Wearing gardening gloves, she meticulously tends to the floral garden, relishing the scent of the greenery and reveling in contentment.
Reflecting on her character, Ha Yoon Kyung commented, "Cho Won is a friend who, despite the trauma of losing her family in an accident in her childhood, maintains a positive and bright energy," and added, "Thanks to the character's emotional and warm nature combined with a strong inner self, I was able to learn a lot and act happily."
She further commented, "Not only Yoon Cho Won, but every character in this drama possesses a remarkable charm and endearing qualities. I believe that viewers will bask in the joyful energy that permeates the drama".
See You in My 19th Life will premiere on June 17. The drama will be available to stream on Netflix.
