JTBC released the third teaser and new stills for Family by Choice
Family by Choice is a story of three people who, despite being unrelated by blood, consider each other family and spend their teenage years together. They reunite after 10 years. The K-drama is a remake of the C-drama Go Ahead.
The production team released a third teaser giving a glimpse into the subtle changes in the lives of Kim San Ha (Hwang In Youp), Yun Ju Won (Jung Chae Yeon), and Kang Hae Jun (Bae Hyeon Seong), portraying their special relationships from childhood to high school, where moments spent growing up together — playing pranks and sharing snacks — reveal a deep, sibling-like bond among the trio. Given how they always stuck by each other's side, people often say, "You three kind of look similar." Kang Hae Jun can't help but wonder, "How can we look alike even though we aren't related by blood?"
However, their dynamics shift when they enter their later teenage years.
Kang Hae Jun's remark to Yun Ju Won, "You're clueless too. We're not family," hints at a dramatic turnaround.
Given their closeness from growing up together despite not being related by blood, the trio's journey and evolving relationship dynamics promise an engaging story, leaving viewers eagerly anticipating Family by Choice.
Starting October 9, viewers can catch two episodes of Family by Choice every Wednesday.
