tvN's upcoming weekend drama The Uncanny Counter Season 2: Counter Punch builds anticipation for the series by releasing the first on-set stills featuring Jin Seon Kyu in the role of Ma Joo Seok.
In the K-drama, Jin Seon Kyu aims to deliver his most spectacular performance since his debut. Playing the role of Ma Joo Seok, he portrays a passionate firefighter who is always ready to act whenever the siren blares. With his determination to safeguard people, he exhibits unwavering leadership.
The released stills depict Joo Seok's charisma as a dedicated firefighter. Notably, his warmth shines through, as he cheerfully waves his hand towards his colleagues, even with his clothes are blackened from soot.
Furthermore, Joo Seok is seen carrying So Moon's grandmother, Lee Joo Sil (Jang Chun Ok), on his back, with a bright smile. His considerate nature, treating Lee Joo Sil as if she were his own mother and caring for the elders, adds an endearing touch to his character.
However, the previously released teaser and posters have piqued curiosity about whether Ma Joo Seok harbors good or evil intentions, shrouding him in mystery.
