Actor Kim Dong Wook will officially return to the comedy genre through Not Very Powerful, but Attractive.

On November 7, KeyEast Entertainment officially confirmed that Kim Dong Wook will be the main lead of the upcoming K-drama Not Very Powerful, but Attractive. He will be working with director Ahn Jong Yeon and writers Lee Kwang Jae and Lee Young Chul. The upcoming series will be produced by Studio S, BA Entertainment, and Chorokbam Media. 

Not Very Powerful, but Attractive will showcase the meeting of the last-place violent crime detectives and the best elite team leader. They will form a team and will become the strongest one.

Aside from Kim Dong Wook, Seo Hyun Woo, Park Ji Hwan, and Park Se Wan will also be part of the upcoming K-drama. 

Kim Dong Wook will portray the role of Dongban Yoo Bin. He is the leader of the Songwon Police Station. He received an offer to become a permanent professor at a prestigious university abroad, but suddenly he decided to go back to Korea and volunteered to be part of the Songwon Police Station which has the lowest arrest record in the country.

Not Very Powerful, but Attractive will begin airing in the first half of next year.

Not Very Powerful, but Attractive will possibly be the first project of Kim Dong Wook after he gets married. The actor recently announced that he is tying the knot with his non-celebrity girlfriend this winter. They also revealed that it will be a private wedding. 

Before he got married this year, Kim Dong Wook became busy and starred in the romance K-dramas Delightfully Deceitful alongside Chun Woo Hee and My Perfect Stranger with Jin Ki Joo.

Kim Dong Wook is known for being part of the works Coffee Prince, Find Me in Your Memory, You Are My Spring, The King of Pigs,  Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds, Along With the Gods 2: The Last 49 Days, and more.
