Disney+ has unveiled the main poster and trailer for its original series Unmasked.

Unmasked tells the story of relentless investigative journalists who take on bad guys by shoving a camera in their faces first and asking questions later.

The main poster captures the Trigger team heading out to the field after receiving an anonymous tip. At the center is Oh So Ryong (Kim Hye Soo), the team leader known for grabbing villains by the collar. She is joined by Han Do (Jung Sung Il), a parachute rookie, and Kang Gi Ho (Joo Jong Hyuk), an assistant director brimming with optimism.

The trailer showcases the vibrant and distinctive personalities of the Trigger team. The boldness of Oh So Ryong, who fearlessly confronts wrongdoers — even in life-threatening cases like investigating a dangerous cult — reveals her commitment as the team leader.

Additionally, Han Do, a rude veteran rookie who has crash-landed into the Trigger team, sparks curiosity with his audacious attitude. Even after losing critical evidence, he nonchalantly responds, "I lost it" showcasing his brazen and unapologetic nature. Additionally, Kang Gi Ho's jealous reaction, "Him or me?" when Han Do captures Oh So Ryong's attention adds a touch of humor. This hints at the team's chaotic chemistry and the surprising harmony of their teamwork.

On the other hand, the team's quirky investigative methods — paragliding down from the sky or being dragged out by security guards — promise to keep viewers hooked.

Oh So Ryong saying, "We may not bring in big money like scripted shows. But we're the most trusted show on TV. We're Trigger," reveals her show's reliability.

Furthermore, Oh So Ryong's response to the question, "Even if they try their hardest, do you really think they'll be able to change how the world works" — "It will change. One of the skills I learned as a producer was how to change public opinion" — highlights the Trigger team's true passion for exposing wrongdoings to the world.

Unmasked is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on January 15, 2025, and will release a total of 12 episodes, with two episodes airing per week. Watch the teaser here.
