"Love Next Door" Rises in Ratings, Drops in Netflix Rankings
Kim Jung Hyun transforms into Seo Gang Ju, the managing director of the Jisung Group, in Iron Family.
Iron Family is a black comedy that tells the story of Lee Da Rim (Geum Sae Rok), a daughter of a wealthy family that has been running the Cheongryeom Laundry for three generations, and Seo Kang Joo (Kim Jung Hyun), the son of the richest family in the Cheongryeom neighborhood.
In the K-drama, Kim Jung Hyun will play Seo Gang Ju, the managing director of Jisung Group. Gang Ju is known for his unpredictability and is the number one person that employees avoid. Despite feeling ignored, he strives to keep his emotions in check and struggles to win the favor of his father, Chairman Ji Seung Don. However, his sadness explodes when things don't go his way.
In the stills, Kim Jung Hyun flaunts his charisma in a perfectly fitted suit. His playful actions, such as pressing the elevator button while wearing a mischievous smile, spark curiosity about why he has become a target of the employees' scrutiny.
Iron Family is set to premiere in September.
