"Like Flowers in Sand" Postpones Broadcast For Episode 12

The ENA drama Like Flowers in Sand has canceled its broadcast today (January 25).

The Like Flowers in Sand production team announced through a press release on January 25, "The final episode (episode 12) will be canceled due to circumstances of the broadcasting company." The episode is expected to be rescheduled.

The final episode was scheduled to air today (January 25) at 9 p.m. (KST).

Meanwhile, in South Korea, at 8:30 p.m. today, the third match of Group E of the 2023 AFC Qatar Asian Cup between Korea and Malaysia is scheduled to take place. Although ENA is not broadcasting the 2023 AFC Qatar Asian Cup, it seems that the decision to postpone airing the episode was made to avoid a drop in viewership as it is a major sports event.

The ENA Thursday drama Like Flowers In Sand tells the story of a genius wrestler, Kim Baek Doo (Jang Dong Yoon), who was once considered a rising ssireum star. But now, he is considering quitting the sport. His life takes a turn when he reunites with his childhood friend Oh Yoo Kyung (Lee Joo Myung).
