Lee Joo Bin confirms her next work after "Queen of Tears"
Park Gyu Young and Lee Hyun Woo are both in talks to join the upcoming drama "A Good Day to be a Dog."
On September 13th, media outlet JoyNews24 shared that Park Gyu Young and Lee Hyun Woo will be working alongside ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo in the upcoming drama "A Good Day to be a Dog."
"A Good Day to be a Dog" will base its story on the webtoon of the same name created by Lee Hey. It will revolve around a woman who has a curse of turning into a dog when kissed. She can only break the curse if she gets her second kiss. The problem is the first person who took her first kiss has a great fear of dogs.
The upcoming series will be directed by Kim Dae Woong and written by Baek In Ha. It will be produced by Group Eight.
Park Gyu Young got the offer to play the role of Han Hae Na, the woman who is under a family curse. She turns into a dog when she gets kissed.
Lee Hyun Woo on the other hand got the offer to play the role of Lee Bo Gyeom, a mountain god that will act in harmony with Cha Eun Woo's character Jin Seo Won.
Both agencies of Park Gyu Young and Lee Hyun Woo haven't responded to the casting reports.
"A Good Day to be a Dog" will begin filming next month. Meanwhile, the premiere is still not yet confirmed.
If Park Gyu Young confirms her casting, this will be her third upcoming drama. The actress is set to appear in the upcoming 2023 drama "Celebrity" and the second season of Netflix's original series "Sweet Home Season 2." Park Gyu Young rested for 2022 and doesn't have any acting projects for the year.
Meanwhile, this will also possibly be the next upcoming drama of Lee Hyun Woo. Before the year ends, the actor will return to "Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area Part 2." Aside from dramas, Lee Hyun Woo will also join the upcoming films "Dog Days," "Dream," and "Hero."
