Rookie actor Cha Gang Yun has reportedly chosen his next work after The Midnight Romance in Hagwon.
On July 11, media outlets reported that rookie actor Cha Gang Yun will continue to work with director Ahn Pan Seok. According to reports, after The Midnight Romance in Hagwon, the director's next project will be The Art of Negotiation.
Cha Gang Yun made his acting debut this year through the K-drama The Midnight Romance in Hagwon. In his debut work, he starred and made a strong impact as Lee Si U, a student in the play who will do everything so that he will always be the top in school, His difficult family circumstances did not hinder him from excelling in his studies.
After showcasing his acting skills, Cha Gang Yun will continue with his relationship with the director and will also reportedly star in The Art of Negotiation.
Cha Gang Yun was born in 2003 and majored in acting at the prestigious school, Seoul National University of the Arts.
The Art of Negotiation will showcase the happenings in a merger and acquisition of a company.
Cha Gang Yun will reportedly work alongside Lee Je Hoon, Kim Dae Myung, and Girls Generation's Kwon Yu Ri.
The upcoming K-drama will be the next work of director Ahn Pan Seok (One Spring Night, Something in the Rain, and Heard It Through the Grapevine) and scriptwriter Lee Seung Young.
According to reports, Cha Gang Yun got the offer to play the role of Choi Jin Soo. He is the youngest member of the merger and acquisition team. Cha Gang Yun's representative hasn't confirmed his casting yet.
The Art of Negotiation is scheduled to premiere in 2025. It will air on JTBC and will be part of their Saturday and Sunday K-drama timeslot.
