Son Ho Jun joins Kim Rae Won in the upcoming SBS drama "The Police Station Next to Fire Station."
On October 25th, it was confirmed that Son Ho Jun will return to the drama scene with the new SBS series. He will lead the drama together with Kim Rae Won.
"The Police Station Next to Fire Station" will showcase the joint response between police that catches criminals and firefighters put-an-end to fires. The story will revolve around a passionate detective who always catches criminals, a paramedic who does not miss a single wound of the patient, and a firefighter who rushes into the flames. This drama will be the first series that will give more details about a fire investigation.
Son Ho Jun will be playing the role of firefighter Bong Do Jin. In the field, he works like a bulldozer who jumps into the fire without hesitation. Kim Rae Won on the other hand will play the role of Jin Ho Gae, the police detective.
"The Police Station Next to Fire Station" is set to air in the first half of 2022.
The upcoming SBS drama will be Son Ho Jun's comeback series after two years. He last starred in the 2020 JTBC drama "Was It Love?" with Song Ji Hyo, Song Jong Ho, Koo Ja Sung, and Kim Min Joon. The actor also made his directing debut in the 2021 short film "A Wild Apricot."
Son Ho Jun is set to star in the upcoming movie "Stellar." He will also join the upcoming reality program "Love Catcher in Seoul" wherein he will be one of the main MCs.
The actor last appeared on the small screen in the 2020 drama "The Uncanny Counter." He made a special appearance in the drama as a counter.
