JTBC's upcoming drama "Forecasting Love and Weather" confirmed its premiere!
On January 13th, JTBC released the official poster of the upcoming series "Forecasting Love and Weather." The premiere date of the drama is also stated in the poster.
"Forecasting Love and Weather" starring Park Min Young, Song Kang, Yoon Park, Girls Day's Yura, Kim Mi Kyung, and Jung Woon Sun will air its first episode on February 12th. It will be added to the Saturday-Sunday drama timeslot of JTBC.
The upcoming romance drama "Forecasting Love and Weather" will be the latest work of director Cha Young Hoon ("When The Camellia Blooms" and "Uncontrollably Fond" ) and scriptwriter Sun Young. It will be produced by Anpio Entertainment and JTBC Studio.
"Forecasting Love and Weather" will depict the work and love story of the employees of the Korea Meteorological Administration, Korea’s national weather forecast service.
In the released poster, the main leads were seen at the elevator together. There's also a caption in the poster stating that there's an ex-lover together in the elevator.
"Forecasting Love and Weather" will exclusively air on JTBC this February 12th, Saturday at 10:30 PM KST.
Park Min Young will play the role of Jin Ha Kyung. She's the general forecaster and has few friends in the office because of her cold personality. Song Kang will play the role of Lee Shi Woo, a free spirit and clumsy person but has an IQ of 150. Yoon Park will play the role of Han Ki Joon, the person who was supposed to marry Jin Ha Kyung but they eventually broke up. He is also the spokesman for the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA). Yura will play as Chae Yoo Jin, the weather reporter at Moonmin Ilbo.
The production team of the drama shared that the poster contains the brutal history of the romantic relationships of the employees. The team also stated that viewers can look forward to the work and love life of the weather people.
