The upcoming Netflix original movie "Jung_E" will officially be out in January 2023.
On December 21st, Netflix released the official trailer of "Jung_E." Through the trailer, it was also revealed that the film will be out on January 20th, 2023.
"Jung_E" is the latest work of director Yeon Sang Ho, the man behind the hit works "Monstrous," "The Cursed: Dead Man's Prey," "Peninsula," "Train to Busan," and more.
The upcoming movie will tell the story of people who are trying to create the best combat AI by cloning the brain of the legendary elite leader of the allied forces to end the war that devastated the earth and was ruined by rapid climate change.
Netflix shared, "Director Yeon Sang Ho's new work 'Jung_E' will showcase the future of Korean films with unprecedented imagination. It will reveal a new era in Korean science fiction films that have never been seen before."
"Jung_E" will be led by Kim Hyun Joo, Ryu Kyung Soo, and Kang Soo Yeon.
Kim Hyun Joo will play the main character named Jung Yi. She is an elite leader of the allied forces who won several operations in a civil war. She will be the subject of the brain cloning experiment.

The teaser trailer opened in the future world governed by Kronoid who are committed to creating a safer world. Then it showcased the birth of Jung_E, the world's most advanced technology AI combat warrior. The end of the trailer then showcased the memories of Jung_E.
At the end of the clip, it was officially announced that "Jung_E" will exclusively premiere on Netflix worldwide this coming January 20, 2023.
The upcoming film will have a total of 1 hour and 38 minutes duration.
